We have an extended team of experienced teachers. We are dedicated to furthering your practice. We have Chair Yoga and Gentle Beginner's classes for a 'soft start' into the practice. We also have an offering of mediation classes. For more vigorous classes, you can drop into any Open-Level or Vinyasa Flow class. Two nights a week, Paula leads classes in a heated room (85 degrees). These classes are wonderful for those looking to warm up on all levels.
ONLINE CLASSES TO ADDRESS COVID HEALTH THREAT
Given the current threat of COVID 19, our yoga studio is currently closed to clients. We have however created a wonderful schedule of online classes to ensure our clients and new students are able to remain a part of our community and continue their yoga practice. Registration for classes remains the same through out MindBody Platform. Classes are streamed through Zoom.
