Kelly began her yoga journey twenty years ago while transitioning from her dance career. She was searching for another physical outlet that could satisfy the void that performing and teaching had left behind in her heart. Little did she know that yoga would exceed all her expectations. She fell irrevocably in love with the discipline. The practice of asana was just a facet of this gem that found her. Witnessing the immense spiritual and mental balance that yoga brought to her life, Kelly was drawn to continue deepening her practice. She did so by completing her 200hr TT and 300 hr advanced TT at Long Island Yoga School with Laurie Ahelman. She is honored to share all that she has learned by teaching creative and challenging moving meditations that energize and renew students. Her roots of dance are woven into her vinyasa flow. It is her hope that her students will find that their bodies, minds, and souls will begin to dance with each breath.
