Kate Alesio, EYRT-500, holds a BA and MA in Psychology. Kate's classes include influences from a variety of traditions, including Iyengar and Vinyasa Flow. As an instructor, Kate’s caring and compassionate approach encourages students to challenge themselves while honoring their inner wisdom. In addition to teaching yoga classes, Kate leads group workshops and private classes on a variety of topics, including meditation, stress management, yoga nidra, restorative yoga, pranayama, and yoga philosophy, as well as therapeutic yoga for injuries and special needs, Kate has been practicing yoga and meditation since 1997.
