Outdoor class instructed by fitness expert Sue Fleming, the creator of the Buff Fitness workout regimen. Featuring 40 minutes of cardio, weights, and full-body resistance exercises, followed by 20 minutes of toning and stretching. This offering is the only one of its kind on the North Fork!
