Cindey MacLeod has a Masters Degree in Elementary Education and A Bachelors Degree in Psychology. When she and her husband started a family, Cindey took a leave of teaching in the school setting, and found a passion of teaching fitness classes. She has certifications through bootybarre, bbarreless, and Barre Above. Bootybarre is a fun, energetic, workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. Bootybarre is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element utilizing the barre. Bbarreless focuses on the same concept, yet removes the need to use the barre.Cindey also enjoys teaching TRX, cycling, and group fitness classes. She has taken her passion of teaching from one aspect to another continuing her education to keep her classes fresh and exciting for her students. Joan Ferraro has enjoyed a career in fitness for over 25 years. her diverse certifications include formats in cardio, weight training, barre, HIIT and yoga. A Southold weekender, Joan teaches during the week at Equinox clubs, where she also serves asa group fitness manager for the 44th street location. Joan received her 200 yoga teacher training certificate from Pure Yoga and 100 hour restorative yoga training with Mary Aranas.
